Chloe Long, BSN, RN

Originally from Wichita Falls, TX, Chloe earned a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology in 2017 from Midwestern State University. She then moved to Kokomo with her husband and two dogs in 2017. Attended Ivy Tech and earned Associates of Science in Nursing in 2022, then obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Indiana University Kokomo in 2023. Chloe works in the Emergency Department at Community Howard Regional Health and Logansport Memorial Hospital.In 2024, Chloe earned her certification from The American Association of Facial Esthetics and joined Angel Face Facial Esthetics shortly after in 2024.

Chloe will be injecting in Howard, Cass, Miami, and Tipton Counties.
